We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Stockroom Utility Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of stockroom functions including receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing materials. This position supports overall warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory handling and timely distribution of materials to meet production and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders or invoices

• Organize and store materials and supplies in designated stockroom locations

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits

• Pick, pack, and issue materials to internal departments or production lines as needed

• Assist with inventory control and ensure proper labeling and documentation

• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)

• Keep stockroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Support shipping and receiving tasks as needed

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or inventory role is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
